Phase 2: Develop Strategy Blueprint & Practical Application
Preliminary: Gather Requirements
This is a thorough practice to create the basis of the project and plan for scalability

Phase 2A: Design and Enforce a Change Management/Change Control Plan:
Certain Changes can be detrimental to SEO, while others are required to happen regularly. As an extension of the training, we’ll work with the team to develop a SOP/Protocol to manage changes so that current rankings are protected wherever possible. With this, the team will be empowered to make the decisions with the skills required to calculate and manage potential risks.
Phase 2B: Build Project Plan with Action Items:
We’ll create a project plan with specific action steps for the team to fulfill requirements gathered in the preliminary stage of Phase 2.
Phase 3: Support/Execute Plan (Off-Site)
AeroMotorsports.com team will own the action items related to direct manipulation of the website.
We’ll provide logistical support and execute any action items that fall outside of the expertise of the resident team members.
We’ll hold a weekly scheduled project management phone call to assess the execution of the plan and interpret the resulting data, while planning future changes for weeks to come.
Phase 4: Ongoing Support/Forensics
After the initial project plan has been executed, we’ll provide ongoing support in the form of weekly project management for further SEO support.
We’re also happy to provide reporting, keyword analysis, email and phone support for up to 5 more domain properties that are related to the original project.
